B2B TECHNICAL DEVELOPER

  • Programming skills
    o Familiar with Java Programming (J2EE, B/S Layer, JSP, Struts) – (at least 3 years)
  • Mapping / EDI Translation
    o Familiar with EDI Standards (ANSI / EDIFACT) – (at least 2 years)
    o Mapping process (Gap analysis, mapping tools) – (at least 2 years)
    o XML / XSLT / XSD – (nice to have)
  • Operating System administration
    o Linux administration – (required)
    o Windows server administration – (nice to have)
  • Database administration
    o General Relational database usage – SQL – (at least 2 years)
    o MySQL / Oracle administration – (required)
  • Industry experience
    o Either B2B or Supply Chain Management – (at least 2 years exp)
  • Proposal Writing
    o Proposal writing skills – (required)
    o RFP process – (required)
  • ERP System experience
    o SAP / Oracle / BAAN / any other ERP systems (nice to have)
  • Web frontend development
    o CSS / AJAX / WSDL…etc (nice to have)

SALES

  • Graduate degree in Marketing or any 4 year related course
  • Strong IT Background
  • Good knowledge of banking is a must
  • Fluent and good written / oral communications skills in English
  • Customer oriented, sales goal driven and self learner
  • Proficient in basic computer operations (Internet, trouble shooting, windows)
  • Willing to work overtime and willing to travel for onsite services
  • Experience in sales/marketing for IT related company advantage
